Healthcare IT Sales Manager (Risk Solutions)


Elite Technical is seeking a Healthcare IT Sales Leader with proven track record in Healthcare Risk Solution sales, specifically with extensive experience in selling to Risk Bearing Organizations (including IPA-s, ACO-s, MSOs, Risk Contract Holders, MSSP-s, ACO Reach and other PMPM payment models). The Sales Leader will be responsible for the company-s sales and revenue plan and targets. This role will shape our client-s Offering Roadmap, GTM channels, Marketing Strategy and more. This role is targeting IPA-s, Medical Groups and Risk Bearing Organization. Responsibilities Include:

- Develop sales plan.
- Drive sales pipeline.
- Support lead generation efforts.
- Close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Contribute to offering and product roadmap.
- Develop partner channels.

This position is supporting our client-s mission is to enable healthcare providers to leverage their data to create targeted value and address financial and operational challenges. Their solutions combine the provider-s and external data sources and apply AI, automation and process transformation capabilities to create value. This is a FTE opportunity and is 100% remote (when not traveling to client sites for sales meetings).

Required Skills


- Established book of business is required with the expectation that you can leverage the book for immediate business opportunities.
- 10+ years of Business Development / Sales, primarily seeking Healthcare IT industry experience
- Proven track record of Healthcare risk technology solution sales.
- Proven track record selling into risk bearing organizations.
- Deep industry knowledge of IPA-s, Risk Contracts and Shared Savings Programs
- Deep knowledge of Risk platforms (EZCap, QuickCap and other systems).
- Proven capability to reach into IPA / Risk Bearing Organization / MSOs/ Medical Group CFO offices.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare technology eco system.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proven ability to open doors and close deals with senior executives
